FASTRAK To Raffle Off Chevrolet Performance 604 Engine

CARNESVILLE, GA – The FASTRAK Pro Late Model Series will Raffle off a Chevrolet Performance 604 Circle Track Engine, the same type of economical engine used to power the FASTRAK Pro Late Models. The winning ticket will be drawn at the FASTRAK World Championship Race on September 16 at Virginia Motor Speedway in Jamaica, VA.

The Raffle tickets are $20 each, or 10 for $100. They can be purchased by calling the FASTRAK Office at 678-935-7304 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5p.m. Most major credit cards will be accepted. They can also be purchased by mailing a check or money order payable to the FASTRAK Racing Series to P.O. Box 590, Carnesville, GA 30521.

The 400 Horsepower Aluminum-Head Steel Block Chevrolet Performance 604 Circle Track Engine has been the engine of choice by most FASTRAK Pro Late Model Series competitors since its founding by Stan Lester in 2004. There is also another option, the 350 Horsepower Steel-Head Steel-Block Chevrolet Performance 602 Circle Track Engine.

The Chevrolet Performance 604 Circle Trak Engine is valued at $5,895. The Chevrolet Performance Circle Track Engines are built and sealed at the factory to prevent any expensive modifications. They are also teched very closely by FASTRAK Technical Officials to keep a level playing field at all FASTRAK Pro Late Model Series events.

Also known in the past as a Crate Engine because of the wooden packaging crate the engine is delivered to the customer in. The holder of the winning ticket when it is announced on September 16 at the FASTRAK World Championship Race at Virginia Motor Speedway will also take delivery of the Chevrolet Performance 604 Circle Track Engine in a wooden crate.

The winner may pick up the Chevrolet Performance 604 Engine at the FASTRAK Office in Carnesville, GA, or FASTRAK can ship the engine to the holder of the winning ticket.
