Something that is pillar vane is a good choice. They stay cool and don't crack.
Superlite is the name of a caliper.
It depends on what kind of heat your seeing out of rotors by how hard you are using them. That being said:
If your a crate or limited and not using a ton of rear brake, then a normal rotor will usually do for many people. If you have a lot of heat in the rear rotors, then you need a heavier rotor to deal with the heat. More mass will control the heat better, similar to heating a thin piece of metal with a torch vs a super thick one. The thin one will turn red super fast but also lose the red quickly as there isn't much mass there so it heats and colds quickly which will not help with warpage and cracking where the thicker one will do this more slowly and resist that.
Typically the wilwood GT36 or similar vaned rotor is used on back due to having more mass/wieght where they are being abused. You can use the super alloy light scalloped rotors they have but they will run 200 degrees hotter and you will feel it when you remove a rear tire (the wheel will be so hot you can't touch it will a bare hand <- a warning). On the front they work fine for most people without an issue.
GT36 160-12285/6 - the 5 or 6 designates left or right = 9# or so
Super allow 160-13373 = under 5#
STD wilwood 160-0471 = 8.1#
Most other std cheap rotors are around 8# to 9# range
