I'm wanting to get my ride height higher on one corner of my car(3000lb metric stock 4 link and suspension) What is the difference between using a taller speing and just using a spacer? My springs have to sit in stock mounts, no buckets.

I would use shorter springs and shims or jack bolts. This way you can adjust how much higher
