I sure hope it survives. Super cool place and i have some fond memories from the Gap. I remember when Vic Hill went to jail for trying to thump on Awesome Bill from Dawsonville. Loved the tiered parking on the backstretch.

Unfortunately you are 100% correct.....my first experience of watching the high bank Tennessee races from the infield was at that place.
Was a cool view but the racing itself really wasn't that impressive.
And it's good to be selling real estate right now.
