When the car sits for a day we have to put a little gas in the carb for it to start. No gas comes through the squirter when we hit the throttle while the car is off. Changed carb, filter and fuel pump. Issue remains. Any ideas??

carb not insulated properly , boiling fuel from manifold heat
floats are set to low
It almost acts like the gas is draining back out of the bowl overnight. After we squirt some fuel into the carb it will start all day. Once it sits over night nothing happens.
My first thought is the same as Dave41. The carb could be getting too hot and the fuel evaporates. Just for fun, after the car has run and gets hot unbolt the carb and leave it on the bench over night (without spilling any fuel out) and see if there is any fuel still in it the next day. Sit the carb on 4 bolts so it sits flat on the bench and put a paper towel under it to catch any fuel that may leak out.
The problem was under the squirter. Thanks for all the help
