SM4MA 4-Cylinders To Race For $1.5k This Saturday At Mountain View

SPRING CITY, TN – The SM4MA 4-Cylinders will highlight the racing action this Saturday night at Mountain View Raceway with a $1,500-to-win, $100-to-start Main Event. The payout is based on 15 or more cars, and the SM4MA Entry Fee is $100. The top 4-Cylinder drivers in the Southeast are expected for this race.

Landon Fitzgerald of Dayton, TN, is the Mountain View Raceway 4-Cylinder point leader, and will lead the entries for the Division’s highest paying race of the season. Other top entries include Joseph Harmon of Evensville, TN, Josh Nelson of Rockwood, TN, Devin Ellis of Madisonville, TN and Gracie Duggan of Lenoir City, TN.

The Late Model, Sportsman with Double Features, Open-Wheel Modified, Thunder, Front-Wheel-Drive and Junior Front-Wheel-Drive Divisions will also be in action this Saturday night on the ¼-mile high-bank clay oval with Regular Weekly Point Races.

Mountain View Raceway Division point leaders going into Saturday night’s races are Barry Goodman of Spring City, TN in Late Model, Brandon Stanfield of Soddy Daisy, TN in Sportsman, Jimmy Dalton of Powell, TN in Open-Wheel Modified, Casey Cash of Spring City, TN in Thunder, Josh Scealf of Decatur, TN in Front-Wheel-Drive, and nine-year-old Frankie Sharp of Crossville, TN in Junior Front-Wheel-Drive.

On Saturday night, the Pit Gate opens at 3 p.m. and the Grandstand and Tier Parking Gates open at 4 p.m. The Mandatory Pre-Race Registration and Technical Inspection will be from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. The Drivers Meeting is set for 6:15 p.m. and Hot Laps are scheduled for 6:45 p.m.

Pit Passes are $30 for Adults, $15 for Children 6-11, and Children 5 and under are admitted Free. The General Admission and Tier Parking ticket prices are $10 for race fans 12 and older, Children 6-11 are $5. and Children 5 and under are admitted Free. All Children must be accompanied by an Adult.
