The top 10 worst racetrack websites in the country.

I created a list of the top 10 worst racetrack websites.. Judging by design, functionality and content.

I had some spelling errors in this earlier, hopefully I have them all fixed.

Thanks, I bet some if these are somewhat of a pain to update, just by looking at how they appear to have been set up.
