FANSFund Blows Past $22K & Will Invite 12 Drivers

New Richmond, WI (July 13, 2015): The FANSFund team had a great weekend of fundraising this past weekend and were able to exceed their financial goal with the driver fund blowing past $22,000. With this extra money, the FANSFund will be able to invite 2 extra drivers and also further bolster what was already a great purse for the 12 lap FANSFund Dash which will pay $2,500 to win and at least $1,550 to start with a solid breakdown from top to bottom! The FANSFund Dash purse can be found on the website at: www.fansfund.com.

With voting now complete, RC Whitwell of Tucson, AZ topped the Regular Driver category and was the overall vote leader for all driver categories; Bloomington, IL driver Jason Feger came out on top of the All Star Driver category and was the second overall vote getter; with Billy Moyer of Batesville, AK and Shannon Babb of Moweaqua, IL tied for the top spot in the Legend Driver category. The FANSFund will now invite 12 drivers instead of our initial goal of 10. Based on voting results, we are now targeting 8 drivers in the Regular Driver category, 2 drivers in the All Star Driver category and 2 drivers in the Legend Driver category. The FANSFund team has started the process of contacting the drivers that were voted in to get their commitment to participate in this year’s FANSFund event. We will update the website with the drivers that plan to attend as we receive their commitment.
