Super Late Model hot laps are on the track
17 Vance flipped early in Q
I thought I read the entry list was over 115.
6L Larson was fastest in HL 15.60 over 83 Ford 15.66. Vance is out & supppsedly ok.
Some big holes flaking off in the middle of the corners too. I think tonight is going to be another late night.
49 JD leads early
If it was invite only I don’t know if they would have had enough cars for a full field.
Vance was 13th out of 23 in the first qroup
Why aren't there more of the World of Outlaws guys there?
Are they not allowed to run it?
You think they are that afraid of the track? I mean 50,000 is a big payout
TDRacin, - None. I was simply pointing out the quality or lack there of in this field. I don't think its quite what they were expecting. I guess I should have made myself more clear.
Don’t think anyone is scared of the track. I think it’s more the repair bills at a track that has a much higher casualty rate than the rest. Plus being able watch how things have gone all week, why risk it? It’s still way too early in a season where many parts suppliers are having big parts shortages.
How many went to the hospital back in 1990???? Anyone?
Goat isn’t there?
He was 4th fastest in his group. Qualified with a 15.69
Yep, could be very costly financially for these guys. No one is afraid or they would not be racing.
Track may well reek havoc on equipment which is probably one reason they shortened the distance for tomorrows race
