I’m an olympic lifter and decided to bring in some sprints and plyometrics into my workout for 1 day. Did 3x10m and 3x15m sprints then some general plyometrics and lift. Felt good during the lift but after was sore. Absolutely no pain and can move normally, just feels tight and sore. Any exercises or stretches to loosen the area?https://shareit.onl/
