UMP Factory Stock Champion??? - Weaver vs Simmons

I'm still a little confused about who is or should be the 2016 UMP Factory Stock Champion. The UMP Web-Site shows Weaver. I don't know what the rulings were the night of October 1st at Charleston Speedway, BUT...I did see the video. No matter who was declared the race winner that night...UMP should penalize Brent Weaver for his actions that night. He should have points taken away AND he should be facing some sort of Suspension from UMP and Charleston Speedway. This suspension should take a bite of Mr. Weaver's 2017 season.

Video doesn't lie. Weaver did this intentional act under caution. About five years ago, Fairbury Speedway barred a guy for an entire year for doing something very similar. By doing so, the Fairbury Officials got everyone's attention and cited safety concerns and stated they will not allow such behavior on the race track.

Come on UMP and Charleston Speedway...make the right decision!
