Spring and Southern Nationals Series Welcomes Arizona Sport Shirts for 2015 Season

BRASSTOWN, NC (February 25, 2015)—The Old Man’s Garage Spring Nationals Series, the Schaeffer’s Oil Southern Nationals Series along with the Southern Nationals Bonus Series is pleased to welcome Arizona Sport Shirts of Indianapolis, Ind. to the sponsor lineup for the 2015 season.
An agreement was made between series promoter Ray Cook and Arizona Sport Shirts’ Sr. Vice-President of Operations Gerald Newton for Arizona Sport Shirts to become an official corporate sponsor of the series beginning with the 2015 season.
“Finally, we get to work with Ray Cook! What an honor,” stated Newton of Arizona Sport Shirts. “Celebrating my 25th year at Arizona and the company’s 40th anniversary, what better way than to add Ray Cook’s Spring & Southern National’s tour?”
Arizona Sport Shirts will provide tour and event t-shirts, hoodies, ball caps and other various items at all 36-sanctioned Spring Nationals, Schaeffer’s Oil Southern Nationals and Southern Nationals Bonus Series events across the Southeast in 2015.
“We look forward to designing, printing and selling at all trackside events as well as adding a great brand to our extensive lineup on our website www.gottarace.com. We will be using our Gotta Race brand a lot more with Ray’s tour than we are with any other series and will also help promote the series through our website www.4m.net,” stated Gerald Newton.
Newton is excited with the opportunity to partner with the growing tour in 2015. “Our company has grown ONLY because of all of the hard-working American racing fans that have supported us through the years. Grass-roots racing is the ONLY real racing and we want to align our company with it,” stated Newton. “We are very excited to partner with Ray Cook and his entire Southern Nationals team! We know that we need to align ourselves with the hardest working, most supportive racers and fans on the planet and by partnering with Ray, we just did it,” Newton went on to say.
The 2015 Old Man’s Garage Spring Nationals Series presented by Schaeffer’s Oil will kick-off its third season of action on Friday and Saturday March 13-14 at the Smoky Mountain Speedway in Maryville, Tenn. as part of the Second Annual “Tennessee Tipoff Classic” weekend paying $5,000-to-win on Friday Night March 13th and $10,000-to-win on Saturday Night March 14th.
