Flyin Ryan Montgomery Clinches the 2014 Rush Dirt Late Model Touring Championship
This past weekend, the Rush Dirt Late Model Touring Series completed its 2014 season with the running of the Steel City Stampede at Lernerville Speedway. 17 year old Flyin Ryan Montgomery from Fairmont, West Virginia clinched the championship. The Sweeney Touring series ran a total of 16 different events spanning 5 states and Canada at 11 different tracks. Ryan won the championship with a 50 point spread. Ryan would like to thank Ron Slavic, Sr., Kevin Kendall, and Doug Horton for their support and help all season long. He would also like to thank the sponsors of the red Warrior #12 race team.
