Carpenter was listed as starting I believe 18th, what happened there ? JD will be lapped in no time. Why are they giving him a provisional ? Ride around JD, this way all your nut huggers can say what a great job you did. I said don't do it, the team is fair at best.
Dirtcrazy4u question if you had this opportunity would you had taken it ? Or what or had you rather bash a person for taking this opportunity no matter if he struggles or wins he took the opportunity .
I guess jd didn't take dirt crazy advice and nor should he.
No I would not have. The team isn't anything. Nutrient, which is there prime sponsor on the slm is why JD is in the seat. I don't have any idea what it would take to buy a seat in a truck or any other nascrap ride but I bet it's not that difficult to get one., especially the truck series. Drivers that bring sponsorship dollars mean everything today.
Jd learning while he advances to 21 in the first stage. Carpenter has been in both cautions
Hopefully this is the last year on dirt. Larson gives his blunt opinion.

Carpenter in a SPIN ! !
JD up to 17th. Not bragging just posting for those who don't know
Davenport spins and Carpenter is done
Carpenter done for the night now. To watch his performance tonight, one would think that he had never been on a dirt track before in his life !
JD finishes 14th
Carpenter 29th
JD done us proud! 14th. Great run.
First NA$$hit race I've watched in a decade. Don't miss it a bit.
Good run for Davenport in an under funded team. Keeps is nose clean and gets a 14th place finish. Not to bad in his debut if you ask me.
T Carp had more tv time tonight then the winner. (cautions/wrecks). Not knocking him. A lot were out of his control.
JD did a good job staying out of trouble. Kudos to both for racing outside their comfort zone.
Anxious to see what the opinions of how Davenport represented our sport in comparison to how Scott Bloomquist did when he had his chance at the wheel of a truck ? ?
