Justice Reform

Do you remember the black female district attorney from last year who was running for office in the DC area. Her reform ideals were to allow all blacks to shop lift. If caught, must return the items and be banned from the store forever. Cops were not allowed to chase any blacks that did a crime, not on foot nor car chase. All blacks are allowed to sell drugs and to use drugs......Or the young black male who pushed the ideal that we don't need schools, you just can Google it. School is racist towards blacks he claimed......Only 20% of black children are born in a two parent home..... With 68% of blacks dropping out of school in Alabama.....How do you fix the unmoral culture and DNA problem? Build a wall around the inner cities and have a pay per view?
