411 Motor Speedway Introduces The Leftover; Thanksgiving Weekend Nov. 25-26
Track & CT Promotions officials also announce date for Hangover Race in December

SEYMOUR, Tenn. – August 3, 2016 – 411 Motor Speedway in Seymour, Tenn. has announced another Super Late Model special to add to the action-packed 2016 schedule.

“The Leftover” will be contested on Friday and Saturday November 25 and 26, Thanksgiving Weekend. The event will feature a $5,000-to-win race for the Super Late Models, a $2,000-to-win Crate Late Model special, a $1,200-to-win Open Wheel Modified event and a $1,200-to-win Sportsman Late Model race. All feature laps will total 135 for the weekend.

Weekend activities will begin on Friday November 25th as an open practice from 5-9 pm will be held for all divisions with adult general admission being free and a $15.00 pit pass charged.

On Saturday November 26th, the Super Late Models will race 50 laps for the $5,000-to-win and $450-to-start prize while the Open Wheel Modifieds will race 25-laps for the $1,200-to-win and $125-to-start prize. The Super Late Models and Open Wheel Modifieds will be officiated and sanctioned by CT Promotions. Adult general admission will be $20.00 while adult pit passes are $35.00.

In addition to the Super Late Model and Modified special, the Crate Late Models will race 35 laps for $2,000-to-win and $150-to-start and the Sportsman Late Models will race for $1,200-to-win and 100-to-start in their 25-lap main event. The Crate Late Models and Sportsman Late Models will race under 411 Motor Speedway track rules and procedures.

The CT Promotions-sanctioned Super Late Models will race under Southern Nationals rules with a Hoosier 1350-1600 and an American Racer 48-56 tire rule. The Open Wheel Modifieds will race under CT Promotions-sanctioned procedures with UMP body rules (www.dirtcarump.com/rules/modified-rules) and a tire rule of: Hoosier A40s, A40, H40 and American Racer Hard and Extra Hard.

In additional news, 411 Motor Speedway and CT Promotions officials have announced the date for the Seventh Annual Hangover race which will be held on Friday December 30, 2016 for an open practice and Saturday December 31, 2016 for a one-day show. The event will pay $4,000-to-win for the Super Late Models. Other divisions and purses will be announced at a later date.
