So building a new car, camaro clip, metric spindles, 3 link suspension. My question is what is the better rear suspension? Leaf spring or coil springs? Just looking for pros and cons of each. Thanks in advance guys

I cant understand using metric spindles on a camaro? Is this a third gen cause it sure wont help on a 2nd gen. (I assume its a third)I would take a real 3 link over leafs or gm 4 link (w link). But if its a camaro gen 3 torq arm 3 link then it would depend on the tracks and how liberal the mods could be. Hard to beat a 4 link on smooth dry slick and nothing better than a leaf when hoppin cotton rows on the track.
What is preferred leaf setup?
