3 Link Stock Car

Ok guys, i'm building a 3 link stock car. Former asphalt late model car with tube rear clip. Rules allow 3 link rear suspension with panhard or Jbar set up. We are allowed to run coil over or big spring. Whats better for this kind of geometry? Im going with a Jbar. Can you guys give me tips on the best ways to get this car turning with rear steer, length of bars, angles, what top link should I run? There is no rule for the length of the top bar(3rd link) so what ideas do you have? I have seen many videos of modifieds running 3 link rear suspension getting tons of rear steer, left rear raise under accelloration and forward drive. Can this be done on my kind of chassis? Its an overslung perimeter chassis. Ill be changing all the rear end geometry. Ideas or advice? Thanks
