Winter Freeze Modified Technical Bulletin

SYLVANIA, GA – Technical officials with the Modified portion of the Winter Freeze XIII at Screven Motor Speedway on February 3-4 have issued the following Technical Bulletin: Modifieds that meet Crate Racin’ USA Engine Rules with 4-Bar Rear Suspension will be permitted with an extra 100 pounds added to the total weight of the car, and no rear spoiler.

Both the Modified and Street Stock Divisions that will compete in the Winter Freeze XIII at Screven Motor Speedway will run under the CRUSA rules. Each Division will run a complete show each night highlighted by a $2,000-to-win $200-to-start 25-lap Savannah Car Rentals Feature Race Presented by Vaden Chevrolet.

Each entrant in both the Street Stock and Modified Divisions that enters events both nights in the $2,000-to-win $200-to-start Savannah Car Rentals Winter Freeze Races will be eligible for a drawing to win a Chevrolet Performance 602 Circle Track Engine from Vaden Chevrolet of Savannah, GA. The drawing will take place on Saturday, February 4.

The all-steel 350 horsepower Chevrolet Performance 602 Circle Track Engines are built and sealed at the factory to prevent any expensive modifications.
