The off-season tradition returns, and preperations are underway for: The Indy Circle Track Expo 11, Swap Meet * Trade Show, January 29, 2011 @ the Indiana State Fairgrounds in Indianapolis, IN!


THE SHOW

It's one of the biggest shows of it's kind in the entire country, and by far the biggest show in the entire Midwest!! Last year's Indy Circle Track Expo had just over 400 booth spaces (in 2 buildings), with vendors from 13 different (Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, South Dakota, Tennnessee, West Virginia, and Wisconsin (and oddly enough, 2 with the name Arizona, but they're not from there):)! This Swap Meet and Trade Show, will bring together local racers, professional racers, racing business's (manufacturers & dealers), race tracks, and sanctioning bodies all under 1 massive roof! Last year, the 67,000 Sq. ft. Champions Pavilion sold-out the show for the 9th year in a row!! Don't miss out!!

THE FEUD

Again, the Beast Race Cars "Circle Track Feud" Presented by Racin' W/D.O. and H.A.R.F., returns for another attempt at Game Show Infamy! The Mechanics, vs. the Legends, vs. The Current Heroes format will once again be in play! Last year's winner, Dave Darland walked away with his first victory of the 2010 season, and promptly donated the winnings to the Vogler Scholarship Fund! Once again this year, each Celebrity Panelist will be playing for more than just bragging rights, they'll actually be playing for $400, which will then be donated to the charity of their choice!! The kings of historical knowledge on all things fast, will be returning!.. Indianapolis Motor Speedway Historian Donald Davidson and www.openwheeltimes.com Kevin Eckert will be tossing out the Questions & Points, in this battle for "mental" supremacy!! Also returning to help keep the train somewhat on the track, will be www.jackslash.com 's Sean Buckley!!

As in years past, we will be utilizing some Legends of the sport, as well as some of today's heroes! We have been fortunate to have some of the finest in the business, grace our stage over the the years, and this year will be no different!
Two of the winningest Car Builders in the business, will both be taking their first shot at the Feud! Bob East and Joe Devin are already on board! Joining them, to round out the Mechanics/Car Builder line-up, will be "Feud" veteran (and the subject of Elton John's hit, "The Bopper is Back") Steve "The Bopper" Stapp!! This will be his 3rd attempt to acheive the Game Show Glory, that has eluded him thus far!!

MICRO MEETING V

If you race a Micro, you'll want to be at this meeting!
Dwayne McIntire is once again working hard to put together this year's panel, and for the fifth year in a row The Indy Circle Track Expo is proud host the Micro Sprint Roundtable. The meeting will again be upstairs meeting room B at 12pm. This year's panelists will be announced soon, so please keep checking back!
