I just heard on Ed Shultz that Scanlon, the guy behind this, just called USA today and said it was all just a publicity stunt and there would be no actual blockade.

You are so correct, he didn't say they were going there just to cause a "blockade." No, what he threatened was if there was any police intervention, then they were going to stop right there and be a "roadblock", not a "blockade". You're right, the organizer from his own lips said "roadblock," the "Commie Commentators" called it a "blockade."

I'm sure in your mind, there is a BIG BIG difference... lol

Know what I really think? This guy was serious, until some legal eagle got his ear and told him he could probably go to Jail for a significant period of time for organizing this, so he chickened out and now he's trying to weasel his way out of it.
