I wonder if it has anything to do with what I heard on the news ? This bl*ws big time. Here we go again.
Dont believe one second of it! If you have noticed, the owners had cut the reg season to once a month!
That doesnt fare well with paying customers or race teams!
ps......Im 75 miles from the joint, thats bs!
Amazing, they would buy it and sink all that money into it and not race!
One of the rumors I hear, is Frankie is interested in it again. His business has seemed to recover very nicely in the past few years!
More Lucas teams to WWSO?
Easier money and way less work to just rent the track out to any teams that want to test.
The vaccine will be out by then...so there's definitely more to the story.
It's roughly two months away almost right? Something smells fishy. And it ain't blackies twin girls friends.
I had heard a few years ago, that the people that own the track, also own the huge port lots that are near the track. Is this still the case? It was told at that time, that the money made off of port lots was absolutely stupid amounts of cash. They weren't even wanting to keep the track open at that time either. If any of this is true, I can't believe it's still held these races year in, and year out.
Like most deaths in the US......this isn't covid related......has to be more to this story.
Wonder if another track might try to slide in there and grab these races?
There are port lots on the same property as the track however there were no cars there when I was last there and I had heard that they had lost the contract for it.
