Jason and Jack Riggs Post Top Five Finishes in Clarksville Speedway Visit

(NORRIS CITY, ILLINOIS) Riggs Motorsports rolled into Clarksville Speedway in Clarksville, Tennessee on Saturday, October 31, as both Jason and Jack Riggs were in racing action at the Volunteer State oval. In Super Late Model competition, Jason knocked down the fourth quickest lap during the qualifying session before picking off a couple of competitors during the weekly main event to claim an impressive runner-up effort behind only victor Richard Frost. Jack also qualified fourth fastest in Crate Late Model time trials and later wound up fourth in the final finishing order of the A-Main behind only race winner Levi Ashby, Jimmy Halford, and Joe Mike. Both drivers, along with Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series Rookie of the Year Tanner English, plan to take the upcoming November 6-7 weekend off from competition. Tanner still has some late-season races on his schedule driving his family-owned equipment, while Jason Riggs plans to enter a couple of high-profile events himself later in the month including the ‘Deep Fried 75’ ($10,000 to win) at Duck River (TN) Raceway Park on November 20-21 and the ‘Leftover’ ($5,000 to win) at 411 (TN) Motor Speedway on November 28.
