I have a 400 sbc bored .030 over, scat crank, scat forged I beam rods, flat top pistons, 480int 494exh 106sep hydraulic cam, and balanced by van senus. Its very fresh. Only raced it 4 times in ump class then stepped down to pure street class. I will trade short block for a ready to bolt in to metric 9" floater with disc brakes. I'm from nw indiana

I still have motor for trade. It is complete right now with dart heads and dart intake so you can hear it run before I pull the heads off. I will deliver if distance is within reason. Looking for 60" centered
