If it has the inner axle seals 4qts may be too much, 3qts should be good.

I would personally take the floating birdcages off and sell them and buy sportmod specific mounts. I always put at least two 1" welds onto the housing to ensure the mount wont move. I have used the...
-
That will work but more than likely you will need to ad a bunch of angle to the left bar, 15*-20*.
-
I used a Quarter Master Ford starter with a Quarter Master bellhousing and had 1/4" shim laser cut, I was also using a Falcon tranny and Quarter Master flex plate. Everything worked fine, I dont...

Lt. Stryker those prices arent valid anymore, give them a call for current pricing.
-
I switched to JDR last year and have been extremely happy with Johns products and service.
-
Yeah he is really good with 4 link setups. He is the brains behind Wild Inc which is very successful with both their modified and late model programs.

It really doesnt matter front or back, with clamped mounts the difference in motion is quite small.
-
I highly recommend the crate, I have driven both and use the crate in my car and recommend it to my customers. For the price you just cant beat it unless you build your own engines.
-
The big advantage for me is using the helmet blower in conjunction with a helmet skirt to keep all of the dirt out. Keeps all of the dirt and dust out of your eyes and lungs.
-
I ran asphalt late model style cross over headers on my Ford, it too a lot of work to make them fit though.

Use these for stock type metric mounts, or cut the mounts off and use a standard type upper a-arm.
-
It has nothing to do with your lower control arm, it depends on what ball joint you are using. If you are using the same ball joint then ream them all the same.

Most around here in Wisconsin are using the crate with great success. Its pretty typical to get 80+ nights if you maintain it correctly. JDR Performance carbs are pretty awesome, John is great and...

You can get a rough idea on size by measuring them around the edge of the tread when they are not mounted. I have not had any issues just going off the marked sizes.
-
Typically they come out about 1.5" smaller than what they are marked for right sides. I dont use the left sides so not sure how those come out.
-
I prefer around a 30" bar at 15°.
-
With the limited power of the sportmods I dont recommend going much more with the rear % than what you have or your turn in will suffer. Your spring change and increased bite will definitely help.
-
Download the Jet Racing setup manual, it has everything you will need.
-
I just did this last weekend, all I did was put a spring pull bar in it, I did pretty good.
-
I have the 602 crate and love it, inexpensive, low maintenance, and good torque. I have not been beat by a claim engine this year, around here (WI) crates rule at the majority of tracks.

Call John @ JDR Performance, 417-859-2353
I had never dealt with a carb guy before and have been extremely happy with his product and service, hands down the best out there.
-
I would recommend getting your rear weight down to at most 55% and bite down to 80lbs. Move the left bar to 15-20deg and right bar to 5-10deg. I think right now with your bars level you may be...
-
Move the panhard bar in 1/2" increments until you find what you like. Raising the panhard bar will make the car roll less in the rear and which may tighten entry slightly but will loosen the car mid...
