...Needling helps a bunch if your surface soaking tires, but has other benefits

You likely only have an IDA on the RR, smash away and touch it up a turn... as needed, when you get your nitro.
-
...Think about how increased dropout setups on the LR might affect the necessity for preload on the 5th coil dynamically ...from what has generally been considered the norm.

They checked pretty well at the Lucas races.…Ya can’t fight city hall I’m not one to complain about rules, poor track conditions, etc….everyone’s racing under the same conditions. I guess I am...

Rules are what they are.Make the best of them you can.I’m just glad they have become unified!

Likely the car is too tight and spinning to free up, catching up to you. Try more stagger ( less wheel spin)if tires are mandated.

What tires are on it and where? How many laps are your races?

What wheel loads and rates are you running..and year car.

The goal is to run wide open all the way around! But we must compromise ...sometimes

Gotta wonder if you bent the shock shaft how a lateral load got applied to it ?? Was the rod bushing replaced also?? Check shock for excessive lateral movement! What else was involved in being able...

Agree totally with Brad, there's no free lunch! You have to think about availability too, buy or borrow, if/when you bend one.

Modifying the frame mounts should get the engine where you want it. Provided their are no clearance issues. Don’t know Orange car layout at all.Seems the easiest pathway for what your after.😎

I typically go to RR tire pressure increase and decrease 4 " load #, as these conditions typically don't last very long, and you need the car to turn in well, and return to basic settings quickly,...
-
If you can't get to the static/extended load you want or need ,a longer spring is necessary most likely if a single 75#. Buy a quality spring!

Pressure washers, low voltage, dirty/ sticky idler in bell housing. The killers of starters. Did I mention pressure washers? What part of the starter are you damaging? If their weak cranking, but...

It doesn't work that way. Components match the chassis they were deigned for. Blue/Grey is interchangeable on same chassis different steering arm length , often spindles have both tie rod end mount...
