Oil pressure has never been over 60 on the gauge. Gauge is new because old one was a pos.

I have a similar setup I am putting in. Machinist sayd it would be around 11.5 or 12 to one on compression. He recommended premium at the least but would be better on avgas.

My first question would be as to why the engine blew. Then figure out what needs done so it doesn't happen again. Are blown engines common at your track? Locally I only see a handfull a year.
