the best way to turn down the output shaft is to have it turn on a crank grinder .

Steel bushing ,it will keep the a arm from moving around and changing the front end settings .

Thats about 3" inboard more then what I run . That will work just need more spring and maybe a little stiffer shock . I would not move the coil over just work on the spring rate at this time .
