Get your left% , your rear % , your ride heights , and your bite . That's it , don't worry about what each front weighs . It's gonna be what it is when you get the other things I listed. Only way to...
-
If you have 2's on the left and go to 3's , yes it will gain left % , how much , not sure . Moving weight left is only way to gain left.

I know these cars . Yes its mounted on the passenger side of frame , by rule , yes its a dirt car . Metric monte , with converted rear suspension to limited adjustment 3 link . Min. length on panhard...

53% w/o driver should be close . More than what you have should help , if you are off the gas on entry.

Agree with SCD . If you don't know what to do just leave it stock . Its not just a bolt in to go to Nova lowers . One thing you can change is the centerlink , Camaro , I believe the part# is...
-
Listing for a friend . Believe it is a ThrowinDirt , has been modified and updated when last ran . Had it as a backup car and no longer need it. 4 link , metric stub , 9" floater , set up for pull...

Each corner should run through full suspension travel freely . Try each corner one at a time . If that doesn't show anything take the driveshaft out and try the chassis bind test again .
-
Try taking all the springs off , leave the shocks on , then move everything up and down to its limits , roll the car like it would be in the corner using jacks . If there is a bind this should find...

Do you have a locked centersection , or a detroit locker or torsen type ? If its the second type it could be something wrong in it . Just sounds to me like your RR is losing all its drive at that...
-
If you want good answers give good information . How much does the car have to weigh , what tires are you running , what size tracks , what kind of surface ( tacky , normal , slick ) , what banking ,...
-
Sorry didn't mean to ignore you . Both said the feel of the track was better , less slop . The other part of this is one less thing to break when quickener is eliminated . Have seen 2 of these break...
-
The 2 drivers that I know put Sweet 6:1 box on said they'd never go back to a box with a quickener . That's good enough for me . Very experienced drivers .

If you have to run drums you may want a residual valve . http://www.speedwaymotors.com/Speedway-Drum-Brake-Residual-Valve-10-PSI-Purple,7502.html

Here is an example . Same exact car , same track , 3 different drivers over 3 seasons , one ran zero , one ran 2" and one ran 4" . All ran fast . As with everything , you have to set the car up to...

Believe it says 41" on the front and 44" on the back . It was just an example to show that most of what you are looking for is out there if you search for it , . Afco also has tech links . I've won...

Haven't run them yet , but just got a set today . Very nice looking , everything is double shear . Comes with 2 per swivel mounts . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

kiwi1955 was supposed to race this last weekend , with changes I gave him . Haven't heard back from him.

Unless you are running alcohol , most of the time you are gonna be 25 gal. or less , so top part will be empty . I'd mount it as high as you can , or go get a smaller cell . Adjustable mounts aren't...

I had PM'ed him , that post that was a bit mixed up was a response to my PM . I understood all that . Yes its a leaf car.
-
Didn't even see the original post date, lol . Slow time of year , just lookin to help . Interesting how we interpret the post if they aren't totally clear on what they mean .
-
Sounds like something isn't right . With car set up ready to race , I'd think you should have 4 or 5 " of rod showing.
-
It means raising both LF and LR ride heights . Some other things to try , lower jbar on pinion , .... lower RR ride height 1/2" , ..... and if you can't get it tight enough still , add a 90-10 to top...

Here is 2 pics of a nova lower laying on a chevelle lower ( although tube arms , are factory specs ) . As you can see the nova will bolt into the chevelle , but the ball joint and spring perch is...
-
My opinion , you need the lower arms installed . Left side to center of the balljoint hole , Right 1/4" back from center . That will be very close. Need rear in car also . Only other way is to find...
