I run E85 in my wissota mod 4. I buy my fuel at the pump mid summer when it's closest to 85% ethanol. if you buy it when it's colder out it might be more like 70%. I always check the ethanol...

I'm taking my 2.3 ford to the dyno. What do I tune to gain power? I'm assuming carb jets, timing, and valve timing. Any other suggestions. Thank you. Wissota mod 4 rules.

I've been running pump E-85 for 2 years now. What I do is buy the fuel in june or july when the pumps would be closest to E-85. Then I test it and add unleaded gas if it's too high ethanol content or...

I talked to the guy that set up my head. He said he set it up with 115 pounds seat pressure. How will I know if Its not enough? Will I here the valves float or will it just not run high RPM? Thanks...

JD Are you saying the valves will float at 95 pounds?

I have the software. It doesn't tell where to put the muffler though. Should the muffler be right off the header or at the end or? Thanks for the responses.

How about prothane bushings? Has anyone used them? They are a quite a bit cheaper.

Does anyone know where I can get bushings for the mustang 2 upper and lower control arms? I have the speedway control arms now but I'm looking for better bushings that I can replace myself.

You need to burn 30 percent more fuel. It isn't as easy as just increasing jet size the passages in the carb need to be opened up as well. I burned E85 last year with a holley 500 and the 2 seasons...

The guy I bought my cam from told me 90 or 95 pounds on seat. Any more and it costs power. I guess i'll try that. Thanks for the responses.

What kind of valve spring pressure should I run on the seat and max lift. It's a 2.3 ford solid lift head with .525 lift. I've heard numbers all over the board from 90 on the seat to 150 on the seat....

I burn E85. Would I still want to block the water passage?
-
Just curious. How much better would a 2.5 be than a 2.3?
-
BY rules we are required to run the oval port head along with the oval port intake. I read somewhere that the oval port intake ports are too big for a 2.3. And by filling the bottom of the intake...

Can I use a a crank from a 1 piece rear seal block in the older block that requires a 2 piece rear seal? Or do I have to use a crank with the oil slinger. The reason I ask is I ordered a new crank...

The shaft in the transmission should be straight and there should be a plastic grommet on it. You,ll need to change the shifter shaft in the transmission.

My question is when setting bar angles on a three link do the trailing arms create anti squat or is it the pull bar? Say you have 20 degree angle on your pull bar and you want dynamic rear steer. By...

Also, how high should it be off the rear end housing?
-
Thanks. Right now it is 4 inches left of center on the rear end with the chassis mount a little farther left. How big of an adjustment would it be to center it?
