Perhaps increase the mid-range wheel load in the RF but keeping the 4” number where it is now.

I admitted it on another thread. Even told people how to apply. If anyone asks, I’ll tell you where to buy it. When you search the guy on Facebook, check to see how many friends you have in common,...

I’m also one that sees the worst in everything. So I think dirt late model Illuminati only tests to bust the regional that beats the pros and tests the pros once a year to say that they tested and...
-
I’m not convinced that there’s a ton of testing going at a local level or regional level. If there is, people avoid them. Remember when Owen’s and bunch got busted after running some NDRL races? NDRL...
-
I used it because a competitor rolled out one night and went .750 faster than I did in qual and was untouchable in the race until his tires died and spun out of the lead. Mind you we were are 1600’s...
-
Naive people think that it somehow protects the tire. The people in the know wrap their tires to keep the tire prep on the tire and keep it from bleeding out and keep it from stinking up the trailer....
-
There’s some tire dope out there that gives the car infinite grip and doesn’t “soften” the tire.
If you applied it on the rear tires and not the fronts, it would throw off the balance of the car...
-
Gus Fancher gonna have to change his tire dope recipe so nobody gets caught.

Let’s hope iRacing scans it before it’s leveled

There is no tire saving with him. I watched him throw sliders the entire feature at Portsmouth but they didn’t look like sliders, just blast the bottom, never change lanes, never stopped...

The one that rubbers up on lap 12 like it does at every other venue.

Any partnership with bloomquist at this point is destined for failure. I’ve never seen a successful partnership last in Mooresburg.

If Thornton was to get in McCreadie’s car, he would produce the same results as McCreadie.

Perhaps it’s beginning to unravel…

Word on the street in Hazard KY is that when Loenbro purchased Longhorn, the let the wells bunch know that the deal they had wouldn’t last forever.

I’ve seen a bunch of them make big announcements at PRI and drop off by April. I’ve never prepared a national touring car/cars but even at a local level it requires 20-30 hours a week.
I think...

I guess what makes a close title chase special is that it doesn’t happen very often. F1’s 2021 title fight was arguably the best I’ve ever seen.
I’ve personally never cared much for dirt late...

Dirt late model racing is in the shape that nascar was in, in 2005. We’ll have a COT dirt late model in 5 more years, 27 more pages in the rule book, and all of you will still be here crying and...

Soooooooo…..now that Hoosier is doing what goodyear did back in 2004, is the DLM world gonna kick em out and bring in something else??
Nah, Hoosier still hands out deals to people.
-
I was 16 when Hoosier changed the tire system from the old 3,6,12,15,21 etc. to the 1100-1600 system.
I’m not trying to sound like a jerk, but did everyone b1tch this much during that time?

Great! I can’t wait to hear Scott’s incoherent ramblings. I’m sure he’ll talk about aliens and give answers to questions that nobody asked.
-
I don’t know why everyone keeps crying about this race. It happens every year.
Bardstown rubbered up, pennsboro rubbered up, atomic rubbered up, Portsmouth rubbers up, and if I’m not mistaken,...

I thoroughly enjoyed driving around that place. But as a spectator, it’s the worst experience I’ve ever had.
My wife and I went to the sprint car/iron man race earlier in the season and I have to...

The more things change……..the more they stay the same.

HA! I suppose GR came to the realization that Air Force costs too much in junk equipment and Gary isn’t that great of a setup guy.
