Thank you, Mr. Z. And likewise. Good to see the old names still keeping 4M above water. I don't suppose you could have a bad time at the Port should you invest in the adventure. In the early WoOLM...

You're right. They have surpassed all Pa. tracks in aesthetics and promoting. I had the opportunity to walk under the tunnel a couple times this year and wow, Port just keeps spending for the fans....

You're not alone, Pops (if you see this). Many-a 4M Fallen Soldiers died on this very hill. I'd trade one Beedie for the last 100 trolls in a heartbeat. At least those were fun times.
Happy...

The routing for the 'Month of Money' changed somewhat and you guys got bumped out. You guys are so far out there, Wilmot is probably at WoO's 'take it or leave it' scheduling mercy. Limited swings...

800 posts a year arguing if the Knoxville LM Nats is a 'Crown Jewel', not one additional post honoring the man who created it. That's pretty sad. This man ranks up there with Earl Baltes and Ted...

No spoilers by me however you might want to move on if you really want to watch this movie and haven't done so yet.
Set in the stereotypical hardscrabble redneckism that is dirt track racing,...

Since the stats and demise of Challenger are fairly well covered, I'll stick to confessing my admiration from my own perspective.

Best post of the thread. There isn't a more important subject in our sport today than making new fans.
I couldn't care less about bolded, capped, underlined...

I intentionally omitted Pittsburgh. I was still under the impression the track was sold and being closed. The last I read it was really happening this time. I see, as of today, new clay is settling...

The part I bolded might be one of the best things I've ever read on 4M.
Having grown up in the dust of half-miles and always residing in a state where half-miles were the norm, I can appreciate...

I'm looking forward to attending the USAC race. I thought the USAC race at Williams Grove this year was pretty good. It's nice to see something different every now and again. USAC will bend The Port...

Thanks for posting that. I must say, I didn't expect to see that much goin' on there regardless of the pace. That's pretty friggin' awesome.
I'll attempt to be the optimist and lean towards...

If seeing the mighty Hagerstown Speedway fall into the annual winter rumor ritual wasn't depressing enough, this certainly was the topper. This sounds difficult during the budding years of good car...

Port is paying 50K to win for the Tuscarora 50 in 2017 since it's the 50th anniversary. Ever since the board brought back promoter Steve O'Neal, Port Royal has been WFO killin' it.

NDRA did just fine until the promoter went bonkers. Problem is, we're a generation removed from when a series came to your town and 35-50 of the very best arrived and did so from every corner of east...
