my ride heights are frame to top of rearend housing....I added my own spring cups and shock mounts.

Also, I think your ride height is a little high, I'm 2 1/2" lower on ls, and 1 1/2 lower on rs. Are you using 16" springs?

I have the same rearend, I also build my own cars...that said what I have is Left forward, Right behind....I use a 150 on LR and a 225 on RR, 120# bite....but at full drop spring still has load on...

just remember whatever shutoff you use, make sure it has a bypass line with a one way valve in it to let fluid return to master cylinder....if it doesn't when the fluid heats up from the slight pad...

one more filter related question... there is a 2 qt filter that used to be used on grain trucks... would it be worth
