What is the difference in a regular bert bell and the "crate" bell housing and does it change driveshaft length? Thanks in advance

Maybe a dumb question but if a guy runs a 600 with a 486 would you be able to run the same gear with a 411 and achieve the same rpm?

Putting together an 18* motor for next season and the builder wants 1700 for a set of TI valves and 450 for steel my question is are they worth the extra 1300 and why or why not?

Just in general what changes could a person expect going from a swing arm left side to 4 bar, with the right side being on z-link either way. just looking for a general idea thanks for any help
