I'm new to the crate scene and new to spring smashing. Last time out, we damaged a shock(didn't have a backup anyway) but now I've got some. How are y'all changing them at the track? Back before...

Things to try, take lr upper bar angle out some, take some jbar rake out(raise on pinion), shorting lr drop. Try one at a time to see if that helps, I would try jbar 1st and best of luck.
-
Have you looked at your jbar rake or are you running the panhard bar behind? Best of luck
-
I believe you are correct, they don't durometer the same either so the more you can choose from the better off you are usually. We didn't have that option either. Best of luck in your choose of tires.
-
We have had shorts that were taller than the reg tire, so choose wisely.

Excuse me, but what are Disco cars? Thanks
-
I would check with mfg to see is a 2:1 will work with either valve. I know on a sweet, a quickner won't work on certain valving, at least that was the case a few years ago. Best of luck.

What front clip do you have, if its chevelle they would probably work? That lr spring might be to stiff, probably 175-225 range should work. RR spring behind? Do you have a mount to put it in front?...

If your thinking your biscuit might be soft or hard, you could move the pb down on rear end or up. Might save you from buying different biscuits. Just a thought.
-
Is your pb at the front all the way to the left, what about on the rear end? One thing we have found with the long pb for us it also affects how a car handles.
-
How long is your pull bar hunterracing, we're running a long pull bar with 14-15 degrees of angle. JAD, Confused and SCD are correct and have provided me with excellent information in the past. Best...
