There is grip on a tacky track and a "clean" slick track. Maybe try moving some weight in the car higher. Especially in the middle to RF area. Huge help that is usually overlooked.
-
Yes it ends up preloaded with a stack. Call them and get the newest stuff.

DEK, thanks for the feed back

DEK, do you feel the location or the rubbers or which one is removed first (top, bottom or middle) makes a difference or are they all the same reaction?

They're 8" tall. They don't worry about what's behind the spoiler to strengthen it...yet.

It's a bracket attached to the birdcage, with a short little canister shock/with some bumpstops on it. I was at a Lucas race where he wrecked in qualifying, they took it off and put on the back up...

I have. Still don't understand it. I have a few pictures, but out of respect I wasn't posting them.

I've been wondering the same...

i know of a handful of guys running that lift bar with open engines. i don't think strength would be an issue at all. if an aluminum pinion mount doesn't snap on some of the rough tracks we've been...

What does stuckey/lanigan put in their cars for a fuel cell? I'm assuming they don't use the wedge cells that rocket sells.

What are they? IDA, canister? combo? what is the lrf, and what were they built for? Thanks

we run a little larger front tire on rough/tacky. i would think the spindles would be a good thing.
-
i don't think people are purposely snubbing you. Half of the country is covered in snow and ice, so many people probably don't have a car finished to set down and measure.

Check Poske's. That was the best of the 5 or 6 we checked.

We have 175 nights on a magnesium bert bell and its perfect. We did crack 3 or aluminum ones though. Just saying.

Well, a comparison would require people's opinion who have run both. We have only run the blue/grey. Everyone I know runs the blue/grey. I have nothing bad to say about it. Once you know why you're...

I noticed that as well. Also Lanigan, Covert, Richards, and now Bloomquist have taken all the rake out of the roof by adding spacers to the front mounts. I've noticed this in several pics.

I asked Keith Masters about this about 10 years ago. He said they tested it both ways at a test session they were at and there was no difference in speed or driver feel, so they left it alone. Thats...

Open engine, not really. Spec engine, maybe. Crate engine, probably. Guys I've known that have open engines and longer races usually run big calipers and heavy rotors. We run a spec engine with mag...
