Highwayman, driver is young and we never qualify good. The last two week we have be better in qualifying, and in race mode. We found rear 4 bars were in a bind at full drop. From that we made better...

Thank you to everyone that has replied ! I have a direction to go in now !!!!
-
We run 112 gas now that's what motor was set up on when bought .
-
Driver says it's tight in always has been. And No the right side tires build 11/2 on RF and the RR builds 3-4
-
We run 1350-1600 tires. We have checked tire and they looked good no feathering, cupping or chunked up, luckily the driver is easy on tires and don't burn them up !!! Could 3-4 lbs of air pressure...

Thanks for the responses! I guess it's time to tighten up the nutt between the steering wheel and the seat !!!
-

Can someone point me in the right direction ? Our car handles well , drives well and after 5-7 laps anything we gain we loose! 2016 Trackstar w super spec motor. 500Lf - Rf 200wbump225 LR/RR

Can using the shock dyno sheet enable you to "Time" shock movement at various points on the track? For instance middle off adding or Lessing rebound on the LR to promote traction while shock is in...
-
I agree with the "dwell" -timing of the shock on the adjustments. Now as far as what it does, changes maybe this would be the start to a great discussion !
-
I understand your not putting more weight/ load on the RF by quicker movement. It's more about camber gain and getting the car to a said MC location I was trying to understand the "more" / "less"...
-
Ok I understand now!!! We do run a lot of rebound on RF as well I used that as an example tight on entry, more compression !
-
You lost me on the old adjustments not working due to the way we turn the cars
-
So if I understand you correctly closing will add, opening will subtract on the adjustments .
-
Can someone explain, when tuning a shock lets say tight on entry, more compression is the adjustment . The term "more" would that mean open the shock adjuster to allow more movement, or closing it...

Really trying to understand the adjustments we make on the car! Per say the moisture strip at the bottom of the track how to make the car use it.
-
I understand the loss of weight, would this make the car drive more off RR adding bite/ or drive more off LR by taking bite out?
-
Question I have on a rear 4bars car, when adding/taking bite out of a car does this also "load" the opposite wheel? Ex. 50lbs of bite and you add three rounds bite increases but does this load the RR...
