Bill Mitchell Software is pretty good. He did a version with Mark Bush this is nice. May not be as user friendly as you like, but it is very helpful. The more you work with it, the better it is.

That being said, you can make the car work good. You can't compare "bite" numbers with the normal ones you hear from other drivers/car mfg....

What is your pressure at idle? It should be 3-4 lbs at idle, and around 9 lbs at WOT. If your pressure is too high, it will blow past the needle & seats.
