"That team for last 15 or so years has looked more like a sprint car than late model. Driving style like Larson seems to be what they want."
Larson? Who would want Larson in their car? After all,...

I like the statement from page 1 of this thread:
"Hunt The Front Super Dirt Series is Joshua & his lawyer wifes regional racing series. Just wasn't a reliable series in the South. Most of the Sat...

I also hear laughter coming from the Pierce 32 shop also. 20 & 32 are driving everybody nuts.
-
As flagone stated, there's no "secret weapon" on the 20, just a good Clements engine, a well setup Longhorn, and a top shelf driver . . . all working in sync. I am particularly fascinated how...
-
Funny . . . it was a Floracing story and they are not showing the race.
-
Hey, you can get those at AutoZone and they're not $2000 a pop!!!! LOL!!!!
-
Bottom line . . . . if for some reason you don't like RTJ, you will be in for some miserable times in the future!
-
Clements power, Longhorn chassis, great analytical driving ability.
-
As usual, you want cheese with that WHINE?
-
Simplest tire rule is NO tire rule. "Run what you brung". Everyone will gravitate to the same tire eventually. Dictating specifics is what NASCAR does. Let's hope dirt track racing goes the opposite...

"The only reason that I added this secondary testing is to shut naysayers up about testing."
But for a brief moment KB, you forgot with whom you are dealing! LOL! Some of these people would argue...

Once he gets his qualifying down pat in the Longhorn, winning will be frequent.
-
"eff woo, pierce and moran 1 and 2 today with lucas, good job moran"
I meant to ask, does it mean that since they are back on the LOLMS side of the fence both are back on those "cheater" tires?...
-
Then sandbagging would get out of hand! What one would have to do is not tell if an invert was to take place until after qualifying and heats.
-
Nothing against T-Mac but I'd bet Rocket 1's winning percentage will drop noticeably. Those young guns do tend to drive the tires off the rims, so to speak.

And a few of them, at a minimum, would have returned for the racing. Some may have brought a friend the second time. Couldn't convince the promoter (my friend) that you have to put cheese on the...
-
Promoters seem to be scared to try anything. Another guy and myself begged a local promoter to give out free admission to a large group of people (perhaps 500/week) for a while to put butts in the...

Nothing wrong with the Paylor car except the driver. Now the problem has been removed and sent over to Rocket. If I was the Bradshers, I would take a hard look at Mike Marlar, if he was interested.
-
Will Richards make him take a bath, cut his hair, and groom himself. He's always nasty looking like a homeless person who lives under a bridge down by the interstate.
-
Hudson did a good job with that car. I don't know who will do better.
-
Nothing wrong with trying to improve one's position and/or gain an advantage. But when there are rules for such matters, not following those rules is cheating. Get caught, suck it up and move on.
-
So you can't soak them tars in the WoO?
-
I see no advantage to either driver.
