Tickets are only good for the track you purchased them at and are only good for the speedweek shows. Once confirmation is received from all tracks, all rescheduled races will be announced.

UMP cars do not have to buy new tires. I don't think any track is strictly American Racer. So Ump cars can use there same tires.

I would say because they are not UMP sanctioned. If your running for a National Championship, why would you run anything but UMP sanctioned tracks.
