As far as seeing the RF being down less: Depending where you are seeing this (IE on corner entry or after they are back hard on the gas), there could be a number of factors to why your seeing that.

Couple things to keep in mind on chain length: depending where you are on the curve of the arc of the 4 link when your stopping travel while you may be limiting hike (IE wedge) you are also reducing...

Figuring out what the real problem is always the hardest part, having said that. . . .
If the left and rear % are correct to what the chassis manufacturer wants the car doesn't know the weight...

Simulate what?
I can check deck hieght like they do on the droop check and me right on the 51" legal limit and then put the car at actual race attitude (using data on shock travels at some...
-
We race a bunch of different series, some do droop some do deck hieght, it's simpler and easier to NOT adjust the LR chain length (to not mess with set up) and just adjust the deck. I have the T-bar...
-
Tony, Typically if they are using a droop rule the ride hieght deck measurement isn't used or checked. Lucas or WoO only check the RR at ride height and then left is only the checked during droop...

I have another way that should work way better and be really hard for tech to see or figure it out, but don't want to post here for everyone to see. If you're interested send me a PM.
I don't log...

Try this so a restrictor doesn't keep the brake on

Red is the restrictor and blue is a one way valve to release pressure around the restrictor.

So your saying after spending 850K on a new hauler, I need to spend more and get a 100 Ton AC unit and a 1,000,000 BTU heater for the trailer to complete????

A friend at one of the big companies saw this post and reached out to me thru a text since he isn't registered here.
Here is what he had to say: "The ones we sell spark a lot until they get up to...

You won't see a power lose being to small on gap but will for sure if too big.
It hurts nothing to start small and see if it helps your issue. I have ran a magneto with .018 gap vs an MSD6 with...

Yes, for the most part. It does vary on what brand of motor your talking about or what style of motor.
Last I knew a new chevy from Clemens is 55K

A shock that was deemed illegal years and years ago, but bilstein made the shock where basically it had a cover on the top of it so the shaft didn't get exposed out the top of the shock that a "thru...

This may go along the lines to back up some of lizardracings info:
The improvement I think we saw on both motors (wasn't scientific by any means) when I swapped boxes also included the coil change...

Not sure what your running for plug gap, but you can kill 50HP and a ton of RPM out of a motor with too large for your ignition and never hear it on the dyno or track. You might try closing it down...

While it's not E85 but on gas engines.
One a smaller spec type engine (700HP) Builder said 8800 but in the car it seems to stop at 8200/8300. Did same thing you did add some gear and still turned...
-
Can't say I've experienced that with e85 but haven't ran E85 on a lot of dirt track stuff besides a crate which doesn't get to those RPM's.
I'm gonna say it would more likely be Fuel volume issue...

I'm gonna go out on a limb and take some educated guesses here, so. . .
I would say most of the people that would have one, wouldn't run a tire long enough to get into much of a sidewall stiffness...
-
Some of how much use you would get out of something like that is:
1. If the spring rate is way off what you normally get with the tires you run, can you just go out and buy another tire without a...

Surely with front stagger, since the LF is turning faster then the RF: The car will drive right, correct? (sarcasm)
-
Agreed. On a side note, with higher pressures make sure your hose connections have a good bulge or ridge on the component or you can blow a hose off.

When it was built, it was the largest Dirt LM engine that Cornette had ever built, is that still the case? not sure. It's a couple years old now, if its still the same one Kevin had before.
