Run more backspace on your outside wheels. Or run wheel spacers. On my car, going out an inch on the outsides would give around .7 more left side.

Just be careful if you have a width rule to go by.

I've used the D4 oval port intake on an oval port head, and it was the best I've used.

But what's best to use with a D Port head?
