That's kinda what makes something billet....it's machined from 1 solid chunk of steel or aluminum or whatever. So the hardness is the same throughout.

You have no clue. Tpms isn't even linked to stability control, except for a few Chrysler vehicles that use abs wheel speed sensors to determine low tire pressure. All tpms does is activate a light/...
