Well, two of the top-10 in points don't have a top-10 finish...so that's pretty neat.

Fixed it for you:
What does the Nascar Cup world think of the many high paying super dirt late model races? Will some move over to dirt late models? Or they don’t care?

I hate the cone. But, I do like when the green is waved somewhere between the exit of turn 4 and the flag stand. Some tracks it is so bad they are waving the green half way thru turn 3.

Is Texas happening? I don't see it on Texas Motor Speedway website.

Good original post. I agree.
I disagree. Fox and NBC keep the camera moving in real time and show the winner if he's way ahead or the field if it's close. Then, a few seconds later they show...

I liked the interview. I would not have noticed some of the criticisms others have pointed at Rigsby, however most podcast hosts have a problem with letting the guest talk. As somebody just a few...

Not much of a dirt LM scene. Not sure what part of Texas you are talking, but dirt33 pretty much summed it up. Usually racing for $750 to $2,000 to win. Sooner and Southern teamed up for a couple...

Jim Curry had a quote about Cedar Lake after finishing 2nd in 1993, 2nd in 1994, and 3rd in 1995. To paraphrase, it was basically that a win at Cedar Lake is like a tantalizing woman that he could...

Thanks for the story, jhanson.
When I was young, we went to Cedar Lake for the USA Nationals for several years. Qualifying speeds for the late models were usually around 15 seconds, and fast cars...

There was some big story about how his tax professional told him how much money he could lose and how much he could write off on taxes. For the $200k entry, one person was going to win the track or...

Dennis Erb should start up front based on being the historic passing points leader...
Poke the bear.

Heck, just let all the non-qualifiers tag the back of the A. Run the purse down from $2000 to last place.

I know Jimmy Mars is busy with other things, but I'd like to see him return to Lernerville. He's had good success there in the past.
