OK I should have rephrased it. My mount brackets are 20 1/2 inches apart. I can make the pull bar length 19 1/2 no problem. So should I mount it to the car and just adjust it down to 19 1/2...

2006 pierce modified with no races on it since its been of the jig. Hasn't been ran in 4 years. Been garage kept. Comes as a full roller. Has 9 inch rear end with 650 gear. All bars and 4 shocks....
