Agree. Initial rule would be it has to be welded onto the frame, then rewritten after everyone welded it on then few weeks later use your 1/2" bolts..

Heck I vote a few tracks start 3 wide once or twice a year just to change things up a little...

Try unbolting and rotating bert until the bleeder is at its highest point then try to bleed , also you can try letting it gravity bleed for a little while.. sometimes they can be a pain.. double...
