If you are 100% SURE there is no binds of any kind and the shock is good. Go up 25lbs on the RR spring but I am with Matt I think the shock is suspect.

You do not have to pressurize it before starting but do before racing. The "head" pressure on the system keeps the fluid from foaming. I would also check it every week.
