That would be awesome, I'd book my tickets now if it's true

This show doesn't take anything away from our sport. How can you complain about a dirt track race? Because it isn't your race and money going in your pocket?
-
Best feature I've watched in years, the nay sayers were completely wrong.
-
Is the lower ball joint hole reamed the same for Chevelle and Nova Lowers? I may be having a bunch of them race prepped, and need to know if they will be able to be used on either type of car.
-
I've read that most Metric/Nova Lower mods use 2 offs all the way around, sometimes a 3 off RR.
Due to having a narrow trailer, I've always used 3 offs on the fronts and LR, 4 Off on the RR.

Thanks, I'll hunt that up. Should relax it a little.
-
I bought a set of Speedway 1 to 1 pulleys, and the belt that came with them is extremely tight, it was impossible to put it on by putting it on with the water pump pulley. I had to roll it on, which...

Kojak, are those springs rates for metric lowers, or nova lowers?
-
If it's below pinion center, raising it up one hole with make a world of difference.
-
Stiffen that RR, it will rotate much better on the gas.
-
No, just watched since we rained out. I've never run Midway, but heard you need a real low gear.
-
Seaman, your car is a small metric, I saw you at Midway saturday. I run a metric too (At Springfield), but it's on Nova lowers, pinto spindles, not sure what yours is on. You really can't get too...
-
I use one of those cheep reservoirs from Speedway, fill it to just below the return line. Every since it was new it leaked.
-
I know how to set the trail in my own car. I've never understood why anyone would need to use the mid plate, it's not the only thing square in a modified. The upper bar behind the seat is, and it's...
-
I know you can measure mid plate to right side of rearend, but how do you do the left side? Also, the mid plate is narrow, you want a measurement as close to the hub as possible.
-
It should be, assuming both brackets are set the exact same way.
-
I don't know much about alignment racks, but I assume they use the position of the front wheels to align the rear axle. I'm probably wrong.
One thing I've noticed is, on a modiied is you can't...

I'm going to try the Allstar 1" extended upper ball joints (k772 style) in order to get some angle in my uppers. My question is, how weak are they compared to standard length? Sometimes our track...
-
Right off the bat, without knowing anything else about the car, the rear springs look wrong. Are you sure you didn't mean LR 225 RR 175?
RF spring looks a bit heavy too with nova lowers.
-
I believe the short ones are Nova.

The links you posted to racegang on thedirtforum don't work. I think you included a comma, when you hyperlinked them.
