dsp piston, just a different platform for an Integra user to build shock numbers in, I believe that they used it for their more aggressive rf rebound build. All in all, get with someone that can...
-
some cars tend to like more aggressive package vs others ( ex, I have always found rockets like to be ratcheted to the track were a pierce car seems to like to move around a little more, opinion)......

bump steer anyone? is it more about controlling your bump steer range (if you are trying to bump it out in comp you need to limit it in rebound or it will lead to toe in) and less about tire loading?

c2p for sure, Sammy speaks was big into them many years ago, in some aspects they were way ahead of there time in others they were not a great design. I had one on my dyno that had 2650 lbs of reb...

the piston design in a bilstein is awesome, you can do a lot with what you have, i do agree that the coil over kit setup on an sz isnt very nice, you can buy asn bodies and revalve what you have to...

i do want to state before i go on my rant that there is no denying jesse is an awefully good racer
having said that this post is laughable, no one should feel bad for jesse stovall, as all late...

As stated above, it really depends at what wheel rate that corner of the car is moving at to "perfer" one or the other. I believe that lm mostly operate at shaft speeds of 0"-3" so i would tend to...

Powerslide- get a cob piston for it, it's just easy to build numbers with the by pass plate and spring that is in them. As a shock guy, the time I have in monkeying with numbers with a standard...

A cob piston is designed to have a spring plate shim run on one side of it to help shut off the bleeds in the piston under low speeds. This way you can build big comp/reb at low speeds...
-
new to lazer this year, but here are my thoughts.... standing up spring makes the car feel like it has more spring rate, so everything else held constant, should create more lr traction when you pick...

my new lazer is moly and is miged.... this is a huge hot button topic with dlm guys, but in my opinion moly cars mig weled correctly are as good as any of them in performance and saftey. Rocket cars...

a tire has oils in it and will dry up if you dont wrap it after washing and grinding... A good test is to wash two old tires and grind them in your shop as if you were going to use them, wrap one and...

bottom holes are my personal opinon... the bottom holes put more angle in the upper control arm making the car nose up quicker and camber gain quicker.... make sure to simulate the travelat your shop...
