When it’s hot it cranks slow and when you flip the ignition switch it will barely turn over! When it cools off it cranks fine again!

Switched to a single pass radiator, new aluminum water pump, and no restrictor! The whole nose is boxed in on the radiator with a shroud! Fuel mixture was ok! Still running 220 to 225 on long runs!...

I'm running a 602 GM crate engine, brand new. New triple pass radiator, stewart water pump, and a 5/8" water restrictor. Have tried all types of restrictors and other radiators with no luck. Any help?
